The Bridges at Ankeny is seeking a dedicated Scheduler to join our team. It is required this candidate will be a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) upon hire. This position plays a crucial role in creating the nursing staff schedule and assisting on the floor as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the nursing staff schedule, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts.
- Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and optimize efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of employee schedules and time-off requests.
- Assist with filling open shifts by coordinating with available staff.
- Provide support on the floor as needed, including performing CNA or CMA duties.
Qualifications:
- Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification required.
- Previous experience in scheduling or healthcare staffing preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to providing high-quality care and service to residents.
- Flexibility to adjust schedules as needed to meet staffing requirements.
